ENCOEN Consulting Limited Engineers specializes in Low-Carbon strategies for the built environment and beyond.
Our engineers have got more than 14 years of experience in Building Services. Having MSc degree in engineering, with expert knowledge of engineers sciences and particular interest in energy conservation, production, renewable sources and sustainability withing the built environment, from concept and design, through to feasibility and construction.
Our engineers are CIBSE and STROMA accredited energy assessors. We are IESVE and EDSL TAS qualified.
We pride ourselves in using a technical approach that measures and quantifies the benefits of our proposals, and communication our strategies to project teams in a clear and accessible manner.
We strive to be in tune with our clients needs and sustainability ambitions and to carryout detailed analysis of a range of options to meet their project goals.

396no. Apartments at Repton Gardens Wembley - SAP, EPC and Overheating assessments for 396 apartments. Brukl/SBEMs for 14no. retail units, GP Surgery and landlord areas.
Travelodge Hotel Filton South Gloucestershire – Brukl and EPC calculations to comply with Building Regulations, BREEAM and Planning requirements.
Unity Campus South Cambridge Labs and Offices – BREEAM Hea 04 thermal comfort, Heat loss, Heat gain, Brukl and EPC calculation.
Warehouse Symmetry Park Kettering – 29884m2 Warehouse building along with standard offices. Brukl, EPC and BREEAM Hea 04 Thermal comfort calculation have been carried out.
Peterborough College Centre for Green Technology – Brukl/EPC and renewable energy assessment.
85 Stafford Road, Caterham, Surrey - 43no. apartments and 4no. houses at - Energy assessment report has been produced using Lean, Clean and Green methodology to comply with planning requirement.
Lidl at 290 Lane End Sheffield – Brukl and EPC calculation at design and built stage.
Bakewell Medical Centre – Thermal comfort report has been produced to comply with CIBSE TM52 requirement.
Buntingford Primary School – ENCOEN was employed to carryout TM54 operational energy, Brukl, Heat loss, Heat gain, and overheating assessment for two storey new classroom block.
211no. Apartments development at Tolworth - Water calculation, SAP, EPC and overheating assessment has been carried out.
Chigwell Sport Centre – Thermal comfort, Brukl and EPC assessment has been carried out for this building to comply with building regulation and BREEAM Hea 04 thermal comfort requirement.
2no. Storey Classroom Block Stephenson Academy, Milton Keynes – Thermal comfort, Brukl and EPC calculation has been carried out.
Tadcaster Care Home – Brukl, EPC, Heat loss and Heat gain calculation has been carried out.
